Fall Pop-Up Book Sale
September 11, 2022. Thank you, Sammamish! Our first fall book sale on Sunday, Sept. 11 was a smashing success. Thousands of books are in the hands of new readers — and more than $2,500 was raised for the library! Look for programs “Sponsored by the Friends of the Sammamish Library” on the KCLS calendar. They were all made possible from book donations and sales.
Pop-Up Book Sales
Summer/Fall 2021. While we were disappointed the ongoing pandemic forced the cancellation of our big annual sale for the second year in a row, we were thrilled to be able to roll out a fun alternative: Pop-up Outdoor Book Sales! Our first one was Saturday, August 7, followed by two more on September 4 and October 2.
Sunny skies and a great stock of books brought out a lot of book buyers all three days, and we all agreed that was the best part! Seeing YOU! After so long apart, we were all just so happy to see each other again. Thank you for coming out to support and celebrate our community library. We raised more than $2,500 for special services and programs!

The Long Wait is Over
2019 Book Sale
October 2019. We raised more than $7,000 for library programming at our annual used book sale on October 12-13. That’s a record number of book sales! Thank you Sammamish!
A BIG THANK YOU to all of our wonderful volunteers! They worked tirelessly to set up the book sale on Friday, and keep it running smoothly and organized throughout the weekend. We could not have had a successful sale without them!

September 2018. We raised more than $4,600 for library programming during our annual used book sale! Thank you to everyone who donated books, helped us set up, and kept the tables organized during the sale. And thank you to each and every one of you who came out to shop! Last year, proceeds from the sale helped fund more than 60 library programs and special events. We look forward to funding even more this year.
